Airbnb’s most wish-listed listings in the world for 2023

In January, Airbnb released a list of the most desirable new global listings of 2023.

Each of the 13 listings earned “Most Wanted List” status after only being on the list for 10 weeks, and the site may have gotten some help from several new ways to rank listings—eg. Trending and “top of the world.” Introduced by Airbnb. That new feature in November 2022.

The 13 locations span six countries and four continents, and range from a tiny house to a guesthouse on a working family farm.

Airbnb’s Most Desirable New Global Listings for 2023

This cabin is located in the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, United States.

This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin in Whispering Creek is located in the Smoky Mountains.

Tennessee Cabin is part of Bearfoot Mountain Resort and is flanked by neighboring cabins. But the property’s outdoor patio features a pull-down screen and wooden slats for better privacy.

The invisible house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Some amenities include a 100-foot indoor swimming pool, remote-controlled blackout shades, and a 13-foot dining table with stone wall-to-wall views.

The home was listed for sale in January for $18 million, according to Architectural Digest.
