COOPERTOWN TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – It’s back! With her keen eye for small gifts and one-of-a-kind gifts, Sonya Groves has returned to Robertson County with a new boutique. After running several shops in Springfield, Groves left Robertson County to pursue other businesses but is now back with a new location and brand new products to serve Robertson County.

“After my husband Daniel and I moved back to Springfield, I started to realize how much I missed the community you get as a small business owner. I owned and operated several shops over the years in Springfield and really missed being part of the community,” Groves told Smokey Barn News. “I was looking to rent a building downtown but nothing was available at the moment, so I let it go and pursued some other interests. But when we first built a barn on our property, my father-in-law suggested we put a shop in the barn. So that’s what we did, we’re calling it Milk and honey and we set up shop in Coopertown!! I think it’s in my DNA to own a shop because I always tend to return to retail. My mom said when I was little all I wanted to be when I grew up was a “Lady Cashier” so I believe there is something in the way we play as children and what the Lord has in mind for our future and provision . We opened last Saturday and got to see some old friends and meet some new ones too.”

“We are open Thursday-Saturday from 10 to 6. so that we have time to play with grandbabies and do other necessary things first of the week. It’s a cozy atmosphere with Christmas music, coffee, and candles and we’d love for the community to come and see us. We carry a variety of gift items as well as a large selection of clothing (both women’s and plus sizes) as well as accessories and hats, Kedzie bags, etc. We also have Christmas items, home decorations and even a birdhouse. or two. If you can’t make it to us on those days, we offer private shopping appointments on other days of the week if some ladies want to get together for shopping and refreshments.”
We are located at 4002 Hwy 49 W in Coopertown. MAP Hours are 10-6

There’s plenty of parking and we’ve got the cutest gift bags to save you some time wrapping all of your lovely presents. We also carry locally made soaps and candles, so come in for your holiday clothes and gifts and everyone gets a Hershey kiss. I can’t wait to see you in the land of milk and honey (Exodus 3:8)
