Team SouL from India was the most searched PUBG Mobile/BGMI team in 2022 on Liquipedia, the largest esports Wiki dedicated to sports. Despite Battlegrounds Mobile India not being available in the country from 28 July 2022, the side is still as popular as ever, jumping names like Nova Esports, Bigetron, and GodLike Stalwart in terms of search.

Team SouL, led by former PUBG Mobile player Mortal, has the largest fan base in India. Their team BGMI were the undisputed champions of Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series Season 1 2022, the biggest event ever.
